WILMINGTON, Delaware (Reuters) -U.S. President Joe Biden headed to Washington on Tuesday, two days after ending his re-election bid and endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris for the Democratic nomination to tackle Republican former President Donald Trump.

Biden spent almost every week recovering from COVID at his dwelling in Wilmington, Delaware, as he weighed his 2024 candidacy, in the end dropping his marketing campaign and making ready to deal with the nation about his choice to not search one other time period in workplace.
